Movio

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Movio app ("Movio", "the app"), published by Fluxera ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Movio you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use Movio on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) that you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service and the End User License Agreement (EULA). You may not copy, modify, reverse‑engineer, resell, or distribute the app except as allowed by law.

Your account

Movio can run anonymously or with Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign‑in method secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.

Acceptable use

Use Movio only for its intended purpose — discovering films for yourself. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend, and do not use it to break any law.

Film information and recommendations

Film titles, descriptions, artwork, ratings and trailers are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and belong to their respective owners. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Availability of a film on any streaming service is shown for convenience, may be out of date, and varies by region. Recommendations are generated automatically from your activity and are provided "as is" — we do not guarantee that you will enjoy any particular film.

Intellectual property

Movio, its name, logo and software are owned by Fluxera and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in our trademarks or in third‑party content shown in the app.

Purchases and subscriptions

Movio is free to use and supported by ads for free users. Optional Movio Pro subscriptions (monthly or yearly) and a one‑time Movio Lifetime unlock remove ads and enable extra features. All purchases are sold through Apple's In‑App Purchase and governed by Apple's terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged on renewal. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or App Store → your account → Subscriptions). Any free‑trial portion is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial. The one‑time Lifetime purchase is non‑renewing.

Disclaimer of warranties

Movio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that catalog data will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxera will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Movio. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using Movio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer‑protection rights you have where you live.
