Terms of Use

By downloading and using ParkSpot (the “App”) you agree to these terms.

License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation.
• A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
• A one-time purchase unlocks Pro permanently and does not renew.

Reminders are a convenience

ParkSpot helps you keep track but does not guarantee delivery of any notification. We are not responsible for missed reminders or outcomes.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Standard EULA

Unless a separate agreement applies, use of the App is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA.
